Redd Apparel started life in 2017 – and the well worn humble beginnings cliche …‘’started from the garage’….’ absolutely applies to us… and right from the word go we realized that in order to compete with the established players in the market we had to be positively different i.e. making the customers life easier by allowing them to focus on what they do and we take full responsibility for their PPE requirements… was always going to be…. our differentiator.
In the intervening years since our very basic starting position, we have grown steadily year on year and we attribute this very firmly due to our highly personalized service.
We genuinely live the mantra of ‘’ true customer centricity’’ daily….the loyalty and faith displayed by our customers over the years shows us quite clearly that our strategy of service excellence – certainly works.
As of 1 February of this year we started a branch of Redd Apparel up in the economic power house that is Gauteng and already as a result of us employing the same service centric philosophy we have seen a very solid start to life with REDD APPAREL GAUTENG.
We are a majority female owned level 2 BBBEE organization in Cape Town and Redd Apparel Gauteng is a Level 1 BBBEE company.
We are owner managed so it matters!
